Transformed by the Word of God

This message was preached through an interpreter in Kenya, 7th November 2010.
Ezekiel 33:30-31 “As for you, son of man, the children of your people talk about you by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak to one another, everyone to his brother, saying, ‘Please come and hear what the word is that comes out from Yahweh.’ They come to you as the people come, and they sit before you as my people, and they hear your words, but don’t do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goes after their gain.”
Summary: As God’s people, we need to allow the Word of God to transform our lives. Too often we come to a service only to be entertained by the preaching or the worship, and go out to continue to live exactly the same way as we have been.
